    Date of birth: 05/02/1986
    Various Social Security Numbers
    location: London, Ontario
    Nationality: Canadian

UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 2023

Brandon operates a talent agency called Good Talent Management, located at 1100 PEACHTREE ST NE STE 200, ATLANTA, GA 30309. Everything is under Jason Summerfield, his boyfriend, roommate, and business partner.  The website is full of photos who are not his clients. He takes photos of models from various sites to put on his website.

Their last known address was 5317 Rivoli Drive in Macon, GA. They were last known for driving a black 2018 Dodge Durango with black rims. Email addresses:  info@goodtalentmanagement.com and asst.jason@goodtalentmanagement.com

Brandon attended Thames Secondary  School at 785  Trafalgar St, London, Ontario, Canada, N5Z 1E6. Brandon allegedly left Canada by swimming across the border from British Columbia into Washington State.

Actors and models are warned that Brandon Wright is a compulsive liar and a con artist. Brandon has lured five (and counting) aspiring male models with false promises and fake modeling campaigns.  Brandon (AKA John Wright, Brandon Brockwood, Brandon Saucier, Brandon Brockwood-Saucier,  Brandon Martinez, Britni Larsen, Alex Simon, Sara Conner, Layla Marie Parker, Sara Kern, and Brandon Kenneth) alleges that he is a modeling agent and event manager. He claims to work for and/or have a professional affiliation with  Eva Longoria, Creative Artists Agency/CAA, Charlie Sheen, Johnny Depp, Kanye West, and many other celebrities. Brandon has fraudulently maintained he could get one actor a recurring role on "True Blood" and another a high-paying role in a Robert DeNiro film, neither of which he has any affiliation with. Brandon portrays himself as a manager with Kids 2 Fame, Kids Talent Network, and The Talent Network.  Brandon has contacted individuals via Facebook, offering to book them directly for various modeling jobs. He has been committing fraud in London, Ontario, Canada, and the United States. Brandon is stalking one of his victims. His last whereabouts were in Denver, Colorado, where he was placed in a Psychiatric facility for 72 hours and then released before we could get all the evidence submitted to the police.

Six more models have provided statements where Brandon has conned them out of $700 to $1,500 for the same scam he did with Vandervort and Myros. Brandon has lured at least "two" models to Canada. Another model claims Brandon had offered him $200 to have dinner with him and allow Brandon to massage him.  Brandon Wright does not have a modeling agency, and he has lured at least one American model to Canada with false promises and fake modeling campaigns. It was reported by well-known and highly respected model and victim actor Paul that Brandon had been contacting him for over a year via Facebook, offering to book him directly for various modeling jobs.

In May 2010, Brandon guaranteed Paul two modeling campaigns for the Canadian-based company "Bootlegger" and promised that Paul would be paid for both campaigns upon arrival for $23,000.  Paul accepted the offer, and Brandon booked his flight and made hotel reservations.  Paul spent four days in London, Ontario, waiting to shoot his campaign with Bootlegger, but the shoot kept getting pushed back; however, Brandon claimed he'd already received confirmation from his contact "Evelyn" at Bootlegger that Vandervort's fee of $23,000 was already successfully wired to Paul's account in Los Angeles and that Paul had nothing to worry about if the shoot were to get pushed even further or postponed. This was NOT the case at all.

Paul spent four days in Ontario waiting and hanging out with Brandon Wright, during which time Wright claimed to be moving to LA and Vandervort as a junior agent at Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles, California.  Brandon claimed that he'd also received a large inheritance. Because of his respect and admiration for Paul, he'd be willing to help him tremendously back in LA financially and by representing him as an agent at CAA.  Based on Vandervort's report, it turned out that Brandon Wright needs more legitimacy in the modeling or acting industry in the US or Canada. Brandon Wright was simply a fan of Paul, and the very detailed and elaborate story of Wright's was his way of establishing contact and getting to know Vandervort personally.  Paul stated that he spent the following two weeks after his Canada trip constantly on the phone with Brandon, trying to collect his money.  Brandon provided Vandervort with a receipt of the transfer from CIBC in Canada; however, it needed a reference number, and when Paul called the bank, they verified no money had ever been sent. After over ten transfer "attempts" and days of excuses, Paul finally confronted Brandon Wright and told him he refused to waste more time with him.

In December 2013, Brandon attempted to purchase another vehicle. Levi left Brandon in California, and Brandon stalked him to Georgia. Brandon is a good con artist, so beware!
Victim Levi stated that Brandon kept him away from Facebook and that Brandon had purchased a Mercedes. Levi left Brandon in Florida, Brandon Miller on December 2nd in Miami, and Brandon had a 2008 Aston Martin.  Brandon demanded that Levi do sexual favors to get a modeling contract. Garrison (another model) made him do sexual favors as well.

Now he is using the video to threaten and blackmail Levi's family. Brandon said his money was in Canada, and he was dying from stomach cancer. Thomas Bier is an attorney for model Rick Day so Rick told Levi to leave Brandon. He lived in the motel 6 in Los Angeles for 2 months. He bought yachts and clothes and said he knew Johnny Depp and Charlie Sheen and others. Like Documents from Paramount Pictures stated that Brandon worked for them and threatened that UTA would sue the family if the others. Brandon took all of Levi's money and his family's money.

UPDATE AS OF DECEMBER 20, 2013

Brandon was somewhere in Georgia, where he continued to commit fraud, pornography, blackmail, and making terrorist threats. Brandon steals from department stores and returns them to get cash. This is a current photo of Brandon, who uses the names of Brandon Miller and Brandon North.  He is somewhere in Georgia, where he continues to commit fraud, pornography, blackmail, and making terrorist threats. Brandon steals from department stores, returns them for cash, or sells them on the streets to get money to live on.

He is working with his assistant Nicholas Christensen, and they claim to manage Levi. Brandon claims to work for Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., Brad Grey, UTA, and Tracy Jacobs—other models. Brandon attempted to purchase a Yacht and Aston Martin in Orange County, California. Morgan and they were driving a white Chevrolet Silverado registered to Nick with plates from Utah. We have now learned that they are driving a tan vehicle. Brandon mostly stays at Motel 6 or other cheap hotels. Brandon and Nick broke into one of the victim's houses a few weeks ago. This is one of the photos obtained. Another victim was lured into being cast for a Bud Light commercial to be filmed on a weekend. IPG (Inter-Republic Group) was said to be the ad firm doing the commercial. Brandon and Nick were staying in a cabin on Lake Sinclair. Brandon bought an Audi R8 for another victim but said his new fake name is Courtney Elizabeth on social networks to gain the trust of his male victims.

The photo below was taken when Brandon was beaten after another modeling deal went sour with Canadian football 'hero' Alex Myros of the London Silverbacks. Brandon claims that Alex's gay hatred beat him up. It wasn't gay-bashing, a former semi-pro football player says of why he punched a gay man in the head. Instead, the former London Silverback testified, it was because he was shaken down by a con man that made him believe he'd get a $200,000 pornographic modeling contract if he took part in sexual acts and paid out $700.

Alex admitted he was "gullible" with Brandon Wright, a self-described modeling agent injured on September 8, 2009, after he was punched and jumped from Myros' pickup. Myros, whose heroism in a 2009 car crash earned him a bravery citation, pleaded not guilty to two counts of uttering threats but guilty to assault causing bodily harm.  Myros insisted Wright's sexual orientation had nothing to do with it. Myros

"I have no problem with a person's sexuality," he said repeatedly.  Before hearing  Myros' version, Superior Court Justice John Desotti heard from Wright, 24, who has two criminal convictions for theft under $5,000. It was apparent that Wright had suffered from an astonishing witness amnesia as he testified through the closed-circuit TV.  His testimony was replete with "I'm not sure," "I don't remember," and "I don't know." Wright didn't want to review his police statement and couldn't recall what he said at Myros' preliminary hearing.

January 5, 2014 - Brandon and Nicholas are on the run again. They were last seen in Georgia and possibly heading to Florida.

Please get in touch with us if you see or hear about Brandon Wright.

Three Times Divorcee Marilyn Monroe

When the name Marilyn Monroe is mentioned, a singular, unforgettable image often springs to mind: the iconic moment in The Seven Year Itch, directed by Billy Wilder, where Monroe’s white dress billows up as she playfully tries to push it down. This scene takes place as her character and her date exit a movie theater on the streets of New York City, with the breeze from a subway grate playfully teasing her dress, almost lifting it above her head.

Amidst thousands of mesmerized onlookers watching the scene being filmed, there was one individual who was anything but pleased – Marilyn Monroe’s husband at the time, the renowned Italian baseball player Joe DiMaggio. His fury was evident as he witnessed the iconic dress-blowing moment, which is believed by many to have been the final trigger that led to the end of their marriage.

Did Marilyn Monroe’s Flying Skirt Ended Her Marriage? Their love for each other was undeniable, yet Joe DiMaggio couldn’t help but feel embarrassed by Marilyn Monroe’s status as a Hollywood s*x symbol. He would often become flustered when she confidently embraced her sexuality in front of the cameras, and the moment with the flying white dress was no exception.

As her dress fluttered upwards, thousands of onlookers erupted in cheers, chanting, Higher! Higher! This lively scene is depicted in the book Marilyn Monroe: The Private Life of a Public Icon. “DiMaggio’s face, rigid with tension, had gone white,” the book revealed.

As noted in the autobiography, this particular moment proved to be a turning point that eventually led to the end of their marriage. Even after their separation, Monroe and DiMaggio maintained a deep connection until her passing. In a heartfelt conversation, she expressed her wish for him to place a rose on her grave every week after she was gone

“Every week, until his death in 1999, DiMaggio had fresh roses delivered to Monroe’s crypt. He never remarried, and on his deathbed, his last words were, ‘I’ll finally get to see Marilyn again.'”

Controversies Didn’t Leave Marilyn Monroe After Her Death. Throughout the years, Marilyn Monroe’s legacy has been intertwined with various controversies and conspiracy theories. Following her death from an alleged drug overdose, numerous speculations have emerged.

Gianni Russo claims to have had a relationship with Marilyn Monroe, and I do not beleive him at all!

Tarrell McClendon

Tarrell McClendon was born on July 15, 2005 in Stockton, California. He was the youngest of his 7 siblings. He had a very happy and active childhood.

He was involved in sports from a very young age. He was a member of the Delta Little League (4+ years), North Stockton Bengals (3+ years) and played basketball through the Delta Sierra Middle School after school club. When he went on to high school, he continued to pursue football, representing #16 at. Bear Creek High School.

His image was everything to him. He kept up with his hair. He made sure he was getting routine cuts and buying all the best hair products. Stepping out in his best outfits was important to him! His clothes always matched his shoes, and his attitude always matched his look!

He loved cooking and baking. His two favorites were shrimp alfredo and chocolate chip cookies! He learned to cook from his mom and sisters. He found peace being around his friends and family. He would go on bike rides with his friends after school or on the weekends. He loved to go to the movies with his family or binge watch Netflix shows at home. Music was his gateway. He would blast music and dance around in the living room.

At one point in his life, he wanted to be a rapper/musician.He was selfless. He never hesitated to help someone in need or show concern for others. Many people who speak of him know him for his kindness and willingness to lend a hand. He was tough. He stood up for himself and others when he needed to. At the age of 15, Tarrell was living life to the fullest. He had hopes and dreams for a wonderful and successful future.

However, on December 17, 2020, while riding his bicycle a few houses down from his residence, Tarrell was brutally and senselessly shot down; murdered by occupants in a vehicle driveby.

Stockton Police Department obtained a videotape of the car, but to date unable to identify the occupants. There are those (perhaps many) who know what transpired that day on December 17th during the early afternoon—broad daylight. It is time for them to come forward with information that will help solve this case. If anyone has information, anonymously submit

tips to Stockton Crime Stoppers at (209) 946-0600. Tarrell’s family deserves answers and he deserves justice.

THE MURDER OF JOAN BUE BUTTERBACH

Joan Bue Butterbach disappeared on October 5, 1971; she was 45 years old. She was 5'-5" and was of a medium build with light brown hair and green eyes. She would list her occupation as Housewife. She had been married 25 years to John “Jack” Joseph Butterbach. They had 3 adopted children, two twin boys approximately 13 years of age and a little girl who was approximately 10 years of age. They lived a comfortable, middle class life.

Joan left her home in Waukesha, WI during the early morning hours of October 5, 1971. She was on her way to Bird Island, MN to visit friends and then a three-hour drive down to the Bue family farm in Chatfield, MN to visit relatives. The only known clothing she was wearing was her brown tweed coat, 3⁄4 length. Unknown dress or shoes. She was driving a 1969 green Mustang. She was never seen or heard from again.

In tracing her route, she drove Wisconsin I-94, prior to the exit (right) into Menomonie, she stopped at a Mobil Gas Station to fill up (per gas receipt). Straight ahead (past the Menomonie exit), is the exit for the Twin Cities in Minnesota that veers to the left. What happened to make her veer off her path and turn right down the Menomonie exit is anyone’s guess.

The Mobil Station at the time did car repair work, so if there had been a fender bender, the mechanic could have taken care of it. There would have been no need to drive into Menomonie. Is it possible that Joan may have either decided to grab a bite to eat in Menomonie and/or someone impersonating a sheriff’s deputy could have lured her that way? Being such a small town, if Joan had been approached at the service station, the attendant would have sensed foul play and interceded. Unless, of course, it was an official sheriff’s deputy or... perhaps the Sheriff himself(?)

During the summer of 1972, local kids discovered a submerged vehicle in Tainter Lake, Menomonie, WI. They used it to dive from into the cool waters. (This “lake” looks more like a river as it is approximately 50 yards wide. On one side is a Supper Club called Jake’s and directly across, on the other shoreline, is the boat launch that was used to launch the car into the water).

The kids had reported to authorities that the car was there and went so far as to break off a windshield wiper to prove their finding. It would be safe to say that many (if not all) of the town’s 11,112 residents knew there was a submerged car in the water. This included the Sheriff of Dunn County, Sheriff Daryl “Corky” Spagnoletti, who took no interest or action. Why?

(Note: Many of these children who swam this lake and played hooky to go fishing there, grew up to become sheriff deputies and one became the chief medical examiner of Dunn County.)

In April of 1977, the lake had to be drained for some repair work on the dam. As the waters receded, the car became visible and there was no more ignoring that it was down there.

On April 18, 1977, after the car was pulled from Tainter Lake, the plates were run through the teletype system. The report came back that it was in direct connection with a missing person case. Upon prying the trunk open, a body was discovered, later identified as Joan Bue Butterbach. Also confirmed, the vehicle was Joan’s 1969 Ford Mustang with Wisconsin plates M4586.

Sheriff Spagnoletti ordered the car towed to the fairgrounds where the crime lab began processing procedures. The body was removed and an autopsy was done. Dental records confirmed the body was that of Joan Butterbach.

In processing the vehicle, it was discovered the headlight switch on the vehicle was in the “on” position; the ignition was in the “on” position; the spare tire was removed from the trunk and was placed in the backseat; the throttle assembly was taken apart, the spring was removed and it was locked into a wide open position. This allowed the car to be catapulted down the boat ramp and into the water without assistance from a driver. The only other damage to the car was the pry marks on the trunk caused by the deputies and damage to the right front passenger side quarter panel (this was in direct line of damage to a tree at the entrance to the boat landing).

Apparently, it was common practice for all sheriff departments to send their evidence to Madison, Wisconsin to be stored. Finally, the day came when Madison informed all the municipalities they would be sending their evidence back to them, they just did not have the room for it anymore. Upon receiving Joan’s murder evidence, Spagnoletti had it destroyed. Now, in a murder investigation, it is state law that evidence must always be preserved. Never disposed of.

There were two “Red Letter Day’s” for Joan’s killer. First, the car purposely being left submerged in the lake for 6 years and then all the evidence destroyed. The evidence Included clothing, jewelry and some sort of binding that was used.

Wisconsin did send their elite cold case detectives to look into this homicide. The Wisconsin DOJ report that the cold case detectives put together was shared with the family, but that was all. They refused to provide them a copy. The current Sheriff provided no further info except that most of the report was their investigative questioning aimed at Daryl Spagnoletti.

The family was not provided a copy of the autopsy report nor a copy of the Mobil receipt with Joan’s signature.

When the car was discovered, the Waukesha Police Department (WPD) was dispatched to Menomonie and said they would be taking over the case. Unfortunately, the family was told that in 1992, volunteers at the WPD had changed all the old reports to microfiche and in that process the reports in reference to the Joan Butterbach homicide were misplaced. To this day, the reports have not been located.

Spagnoletti said in an interview with Investigator Travis Mayer that he had learned through the Waukesha detectives that Joan had no connections to Menomonie, only the Twin Cities. Since Joan had already been driving a good 5 to 5-1/2 hours and had another 3-hour drive to Bird Island, did she decide to drive into Menomonie to grab a bite to eat at Jake’s Supper Club? Since her husband was a sales rep for Mobil Gas (and had stopped there many times in the past), could he have suggested this stop before heading to Bird Island? What happened before, during or after her stop in Menomonie? Who accosted her, murdered her and then discarded her body and car in Tainter Lake?

It has been almost 52 years since the disappearance and murder of Joan Bue Butterbach. Someone holds the key which will unlock this mystery. No one is above the law, especially those who are sworn to uphold and protect it. If anyone has information, please do the right thing and come forward. Call the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office Tip Line at (715) 231-2907. Her family deserves answers and justice.

What do I think? I think Sheriff Spagnoletti did it.

'Don't talk to strangers.' Top scams on seniors for 2023 and how to defend yourself.

Almost a century ago, the likes of Bonnie & Clyde and John Dillinger robbed banks, then made getaways by driving to the nearest state border.

But these days?

"You could be in your mother's basement and rob a bank in all 50 states," said Brian McDonough, an assistant U.S. attorney and elder justice coordinator for the Northern District of Ohio.

Evolving computer technology continuously breeds new criminal scams. Almost like a soup of the day, he told a group of about 135 people gathered at First Christian Church on Friday morning.

From 2017 through 2021, the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center received 2.76 million complaints, which amounted to $18.7 billion in financial loss to victims.

McDonough was a featured speaker at the 12th annual "Justice for All: Protecting the Elderly & Disabled Seminar," hosted by Stark County Probate Court and Judge Dixie Park, along with the Stark Multidisciplinary Advocacy and Protective Resources Team.

He told stories about cases he's handled in the state's 40 northern counties; how his own father fell for scams; even how William H. Webster — who was a former federal judge, past director of the FBI and one-time CIA director — was targeted.

"If he can be a target, ... anyone can," McDonough said.

Phishing, vishing, smishing and pharming

His more than 90-minute "Fighting Back Against Elder Fraud: Top Scams for 2023" presentation explained a variety of scams, and offered tips on how to avoid becoming a victim.

The top-five frauds for this year, in order, fall within these general schemes: Business email compromise, romance scams, cryptocurrency, ransomware and tech support.

McDonough estimated that 70% of scams are initiated from outside the U.S. Criminals often try to mine personal data by phishing (through email), vishing (phone or VoIP), smishing (text messaging) and pharming (hacks of your computer).

"And they're very good at it," he said.

Criminals can easily make victims believe they are getting emails from their bank, or phone calls from hospitals or law enforcement, McDonough said. Seniors, he explained, are targeted because they tend to answer phone calls more than younger generations, and most importantly, they're more likely to have money to steal.

"Don't talk to strangers," he advised.

If it's important, the caller will leave a voice message.

Reporting crimes can helps catch criminals.

McDonough has seen cases where wealthy seniors have lost $1 million and poor seniors have lost half their monthly income. He's witnessed everything from sextortion and lottery fraud to a church member who thought she was sending gift cards to her church pastor, so they could be used to help the poor.

"If anyone says pay with a gift card, that's a scam," he warned.

New twists on old scams will continue to make them even more convincing, McDonough warned.
"If anyone says pay with a gift card, that's a scam," he warned.

New twists on old scams will continue to make them even more convincing, McDonough warned.

For example, there's one where grandparents have been duped into handing over thousands of dollars, based on a phone call plea that one of their grandchildren has been arrested after an auto accident and needs bonded from jail.

"Now, with (artificial intelligence) ... that scam can (get really effective)," he said, describing how a teen's social media clips can be harvested by a criminal to create an entire vocabulary — in the teen's voice.

Sometimes, the best advice is to remain calm.

"Slow down and verify," McDonough said.

And one newer scam, which he said, could wake him up in a cold sweat in the middle of the night, is SIM swapping.

After gathering key personal information, the criminal contacts your cellphone carrier and gets them to switch your phone number to another SIM card, placed in the scammers phone. It enables them to trample through the two-factor authentication many institutions now use, to access your money and even more data.

Too many victims, he said, are ashamed and embarrassed, so they never report being scammed. However, reporting and sharing information is key to catching scammers, he added.

Victims, McDonough said, don't have to sort out if it's a local, state or federal scam. He said they may simply call the National Elder Fraud hotline at 1-833-372-8311.

That's 1-833-FRAUD-11

Dr. Ralph Greenson

Can you please send this letter in an email to the people listed at the end of the email?

I'm writing to you about box 39 at UCLA Library archives, which belongs to Dr. Ralph Greenson. Marilyn's death has long been a source of speculation and conspiracy theories - some suggesting she may have been murdered due to her alleged affair with the Kennedy brothers, John and Bobby.

Located in the archives are Box 34, 35, and 36, which were viewed by a private investigator, Becky Altringer. These boxes contained books and newspaper articles about Marilyn Monroe and her death. You can only view folders 6 and 8 from box 39.

Dr. Greenson was obsessed with Marilyn because he had every book, magazine, and newspaper written about her. Two folders were letters from people all over the World blaming Dr. Greenson for Marilyn's death, one man even telling Greenson to put a 45 caliber gun to his head.

One known fact is that Box 39 does hold a manuscript written by Greenson's daughter Joan about her ties with Marilyn and what happened that night. Box 39 is sealed and can't be opened until 2039. That manuscript was already read by several book authors.

Joan claims in her manuscript that her father got the call about Marilyn at midnight - not 3:00 AM - which would make more sense given that the neighbors say they saw an ambulance at 11:30 PM. Was it Greenson who sealed these boxes, his daughter Joan, or somebody else?

Why 2039 - is it because all the people involved will be deceased? We believe the answer to what happened to Marilyn could be found in Box 39 since it states it is about Marilyn Monroes Death. At the very least, there might be more information that people need to see.

I'm 100 percent positive Marilyn did not commit suicide - not if you go by all the facts of the case. There are so many unanswered questions, and there shouldn't be. Box 39 could contain all of the answers. Please do the right thing and open box 39 for the public to view.

FIVE THINGS ABOUT VIOLENCE AGAINST AMERICAN INDIAN

FIVE THINGS ABOUT VIOLENCE AGAINST AMERICAN INDIAN AND ALASKA NATIVE WOMEN AND MEN

1. Most American Indian and Alaska - Native adults are victims of violence.

More than four in five American Indian and Alaska Native adults (83 percent) have experienced some form of violence in their lifetime. That’s almost 3 million people who have experienced psychological aggression or physical violence by intimate partners, stalking, or sexual violence.

2. Men and women are victimized at similar rates but in different ways.

American Indian and Alaska Native women and men have been victimized at similar rates (84.3 percent
for women and 81.6 percent for men). They have experienced similar levels of psychological aggression and physical violence by intimate partners. But women have experienced significantly higher levels of sexual violence (56.1 percent versus 27.5 percent for men) and stalking (48.8 percent versus 18.6 percent for men).

3. Victimization rates are higher for American Indians and Alaska Natives.

The lifetime victimization rate is 1.2 times as high for American Indian and Alaska Native women as for White women; for men, it is 1.3 times as high.

  4. American Indian and Alaska Native female victims are more likely to need services, but they are less likely to have access to those services.

More than two in five American Indian and Alaska Native female victims reported being physically injured, and almost half reported needing services. The services most commonly needed were medical care and legal services. Unfortunately, more than a third (38 percent) were unable to receive necessary services.

Research continues to highlight the disparities in health outcomes and access to health care for American Indians and Alaska Natives. These results highlight the need for additional services for American Indian and Alaska Native victims of crime — a need that was also documented in the Office for Victims of Crime’s Vision 21: Transforming Victim Services — Final Report.

5. For American Indians and Alaska Natives, interracial violence is more prevalent than intraracial violence.

Although the exact number of victimizations per person is unknown, it is clear that most American Indian and Alaska Native victims have experienced at least one act of violence committed by an interracial perpetrator (97 percent of women and 90 percent of men). Fewer victims (35 percent of women and 33 percent of men) have experienced one or more acts of violence by an American Indian or Alaska Native perpetrator.

This finding offers strong support for the sovereign right of federally recognized tribes to criminally prosecute non-Indian perpetrators. Until recently, federally recognized tribes did not have this authority, even for crimes committed on tribal lands. This gap in jurisdictional authority provided immunity to non-Indian perpetrators and compromised the safety of tribal communities. The Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 partially corrected this problem by providing special domestic violence criminal jurisdiction to federally recognized tribes. But more progress can be made to provide justice for American Indian and Alaska Native victims.

The State of New Mexico Violated Constitution Rights

Ms. Caroline was hit by a drunk driver, William Urick, on February 28, 2022. I'm a private investigator, and I have been trying to seek justice since the accident. Ms. Marz is 78 years old, has been in ER twice, in physical therapy for her back and neck, and has an injured eye. This man was very drunk and needed to be prosecuted before he killed someone. He has shortened her life and caused her pain every day. She is still seeking medical treatment for her neck and back.

The DA has ignored me, and now I found out by searching New Mexico criminal records that they did file a case against him for "Great Bodily Harm by Vehicle (Driving While Under Influence of Intoxicating Liquor" on October 13, 2022, without notifying Ms. Marz. I have contacted the DA since the accident, only to be ignored, and they have yet to tell us they filed charges. Two cases were filed against him, and both were dismissed without them notifying the victim, even though we reached out to them continually for over a year. We had to find out by searching the records on February 14, 2023. I would like to know who William Urick knows to get his cases dismissed.

The Mayor, Ken Miyagishima, told me he would investigate it and let me know what was happening. MADD ignored me, NM State District Attorney Hector Banderas wouldn’t help, and the Governor told me she would look into it, and she never did. She later stated she had no authority to overturn any ruling, yet she grants clemency. Senators Ben Ray Lujan and Martin Heinrich ignored us as well.  The Las Cruces District Attorney Gerald M. Byers, Judge Joel Cano, and Judge Norman E. Osborne failed to allow Ms. Marz to appear or even notice of hearing. Heather Cosentino Chavez was continually rude and ignored most of my emails. I thought these people were here to defend us, not make us victims.

Below are three of the Constitution Article II, § 24. violated for great bodily injury by vehicle

(2) the right to notification of court proceedings;

(3) the right to attend all public court proceedings the accused has the right to attend;

the right to restitution from the person convicted of the criminal conduct that caused the victim's loss or injury;
